As part of USTA NorCal's #LoveYourFit! campaign, launching the Guest Contributor Program was a perfect fit (pun intended). Aimed to show how people fit tennis in their lives, the Guest Contributor program gave a different angle for the campaign and allowed our own members, staff, and volunteers to have a platform to tell their stories in their own words.
1. Established a timeline for the launch with each platform that we were going to use to promote the program (story in the newsletter, Instagram story, Facebook post, and blog post on social media)
2. I created a guide to give to each guest contributor to explain the expectations, the process and the prize when the post is published
3. I reached out to members who created blog posts to start the program and use it as incentive to attract more guest contributors
4. The program launched on time and from there, several people contacted me to write and a couple of guest contributors wanted to write more
